Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Conduct material quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications including prepare Bill of Quantities.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for various projects.
• Assist in preparing cost reports and progress claims.
• Maintain proper documentation of all QS-related activities.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying with 1 – 3 years working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in 5D Glodon Software will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
