Sr Mohamad Rasydan Bin Mohamad Sabri is a Consultant Quantity Surveyor and Managing Director of RS Quantity Surveying Consultant Sdn. Bhd., with over 16 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, construction cost management and commercial consultancy.
His professional experience covers cost planning, feasibility studies, procurement strategy, tendering, Bills of Quantities, contract administration, valuation, variation and claims assessment, final accounts, project recovery and commercial advisory across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure developments.
He combines conventional quantity surveying practice with 5D BIM and digital quantity measurement workflows to support cost visibility, coordination and informed commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
