Role Overview

Responsible for supporting quantity surveying and cost management activities throughout the project lifecycle, including measurement, cost planning, tendering, valuation and commercial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
• • Assist with tender documentation and tender evaluation.
• • Carry out interim valuations and cost reporting.
• • Assist with contract and commercial administration.
• • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients.

Requirements

• • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• • Relevant project experience in quantity surveying.
• • Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Role Overview
